"Having sold our home in August which was a new house that we lived in for 15 years and done a lot of improvements too and going to an older home one built in 1975 had challenges from the start. As soon as George Trotman got to the property he was well inform on the history of the home and was looking at the structure of the home before he got out of the car and continue to thru out viewing the home. (this was with all the homes he showed us) So between him and my husband I believe the structure and foundation was well inspected. Some of the issues with the seller/agent following up to the closing date was stressful but George kept us informed and answer all our concerns. Maggie at Advance Tile was wonderful dealing with all the hurdles that kept popping up at the 12th hour and keeping George and us updated with how everything was coming along. Stressing with the email on which things to be sure to keep and print for future records. We are now doing painting etc and waiting for movers in a few days to move in and start some project and making new memories." Joyce Bland
